To Our 4MenUnited Community,

Under the guidance of the Ontario Government, we have taken their lead and have temporarily closed our stores to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Our team and our community's health and safety is our upmost consideration and will reopen our stores and tailor services when it is safe to do so. 

Starting May 19th, we are re-opening our store offering curbside pick-up, consultation and fitting appointments at the 4040 Steeles W, Vaughan location (scroll down to know more). Limited Walk-ins will be allowed, as we will be adhering to a max capacity of 40 people in-store.

To our valued customers, we look forward to seeing you soon! In the meantime, our website remains open we are still taking appointments for those who are planning their weddings and seeing what we have to offer. Below are some of the ways you can shop and explore what 4MenUnited has to offer.

Curbside Pick-up. Our stores will be open for Curbside Pickup. Book an appointment to select your pick-up time. See below for more details on our Curbside Pick-up details and protocols.



Curbside Pick-up Now Available at 4MenUnited.

We want to make this process as simple and contact-less as possible. If you have ordered or altered a garment or suit that needs to be picked up, we have 3 simple steps to sign up for your curbside pick-up.

1. Book a Curbside Appointment online and provide us your name, contact number and order details and/or alteration ticket number. Appointments must be made 1 day in advanced.

Please note: For altered items that have a completion date during the COVID-19 store closures (end of March-May), please contact us BEFORE booking an appointment so we can confirm that the alteration is complete.

 

2. Pay any remaining balance. For a contact-less experience, call us and pay your remaining balance over the phone* prior to your pick up date. Please have your card details and receipt number ready.

*If you do not wish to pay over the phone, we will accept debit/credit payments the day-of your pick-up. We will not accept any cash payments for the time being. Upon your arrival, an associate wearing a protective mask and gloves will provide a Credit/Debit machine to complete the transaction. For your safety and well being we encourage all customers to wear a mask and gloves during curbside pick-ups.

 

3. Call us when you arrive - Provide your name, phone number and order details. 

Once provided, remain in the car, and our associate will locate your garments. Await for another call to confirm your parking location, and we will bring it to you! 

If you have picked up an altered garment, we recommend trying on the suit at home to ensure the fit is to your liking. If this is not the case, keep your suit, reciept and alteration ticket, and bring it to our stores once we re-open.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I get my suit altered?

Unfortunately no. Until we are able to resume operations in-store, all alteration services are closed. We recommend you hold onto your suit and receipt, and come back for alterations once we are open!

*UPDATE: Starting May 19th, our alteration services will be available. Alteration times may be affected during this time as we will be working at a lower capacity to ensure the best health and safety practices and social distancing protocols are used.

 

What if my altered garment doesn't fit right?

Once our stores are open, we will be happy to schedule a fitting to see what our tailors can do. At 4MenUnited, we guarantee our alteration satisfaction. Any initial alterations made to the suit will not incur secondary charges. Any new alterations made, will be charged as priced.

*UPDATE: Our stores will be open starting May 19th and will offer alteration services. Please bring dress shoes to try on during your fitting.

 

Will my suit order have COVID-19 on it?

We have made sure that all our suppliers are taking great measures to ensure conditions are of high standards and have implemented the proper procedures to disinfect. Some of our garments do come from China, however, The World Health Organization has advised that the risk from packages shipped from China is very low and that you may open your package and wear your garments. Our team at 4MenUnited will be working with protective gear (masks and gloves), and will disinfect all products leaving the store. Wiping down hangers, product surfaces and professionally steam press suits as a preventative measure. We encourage customers to dry clean, or wash casual items before use (please read the washing instructions label as some items are dry-clean only).
