Starting May 19th, we are re-opening our doors! We are accepting all appointments: Curbside Pick-up, Consultation and Fittings for our Wedding Party and Bespoke services.
For best health and safety practices, we are limiting walk-ins and will have a maximum store capacity of 40 people during this time.

For Curbside Pick-up:
To ensure we are delivering on the best social distancing practices,
1. When you arrive, please call us and provide your name, phone number and receipt number information. For altered items, please provide your alteration ticket number as well.
2. Remain in the car while we gather your order, and we will call you back before we meet you at your parking spot.* Depending on pick-up order, this appointment may take anywhere between 10-30 mins.
*For any outstanding balances, you will be able to pay over the phone prior to your appointment, or at curbside pick-up using touch-less payment via Debit or Credit. Currently we will not accept cash payments.

For Consultations and Fittings:
These will be available to be booked May 19th and on-wards. For best heath and safety practices, we recommend wearing a mask to these appointments.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. Any specific associate requests will be reviewed, you will be contacted if they are unable to accommodate your time slot.
Disclaimer: during weekends and peak wedding season we sometimes experience high volumes of walk-in customers; appointment check-in may result in short wait times. If this is the case we will do our best to ensure you are attended to as soon as possible,
What to Bring to a Consultation
Whether you've booked a Wedding or Bespoke Consultation, there's one thing our associates love to see - inspiration! If you have an idea of what you envision for your garment, or wedding day, Pinterest boards, pictures of different styles and looks are great to bring.
If you're looking for something specific or looking to compliment certain accents; bringing accessories, or fabric swatches are also beneficial to your appointment.

What to Expect at a Group Fitting
During the alterations stage we always recommend bringing the shoes you will be wearing on the wedding day. If you don't have that yet, then bring something similar to your appointment to ensure we alter to the right length. Different shoes cause the pant to lay differently.*
*During the 1st Phase of re-opening, we will not allow try-on shoes or socks in-store.
As a reminder, alterations are a service we provide and is a additional cost. During the fitting, our associates will communicate with you their expertise on what alterations are needed. All alterations are priced accordingly and are on par with industry standards. The final total will range depending on how many, or what type of alterations are needed.

Our consultation appointments are typically 1 hour (excluding group fittings), if you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your later start time.
Depending on the size of your Group Fitting and associate availability, these appointments can range anywhere between 1-2 hours.
